Harsh has an amazing creative mind and is an incredible partner to work with! His ability to bring new, out of the box ideas to every business challenge, execute on a fast pace environment while bringing the teams together is something extraordinary. Working closely with Harsh on different projects from refreshing Enfamil brand equity to driving award winning social commerce campaigns for Intimate Wellness just showed his ability to diverse thinking and powering businesses through creative! One of the best “partners in crime” i had the pleasure to work with.
I had the pleasure of working with Harsh while he was over in London helping run VML. Harsh is a one man whirlwind. He has phenomenal energy and is always bursting with ideas and new ways to solve a problem. The thing the most impressed me with him was the way he always found fresh and unconventional answers to the marketing opportunities that faced him. He’s also a brilliant team leader who leads by example and inspires those around him.
So it’s a glowing recommendation from me!
Harsh is an amazing talent with really smart and fresh creative ideas. He's always fighting to put great ideas out the door, and knows how to do that, navigating very well the internal and external systems in order to make things happen. He's loved by everybody, which helps a lot to achieve great things. He also has a great understanding of the digital world as well as a solid background in branding and advertising, making him a great addition to a creative team. Also his energy and smile are infectious. It's been a pleasure to work with him.
A recent initiative that Harsh devised for a global client was costed by technology and event partners. Their price tag was $15 million. Every creative whom I have even known, including myself, would have dropped it then and there. Not Harsh. Harsh viewed this as a mere blip on the path to realising this very big idea.
This is the mark of a great creative person; a thinker and a doer, part entrepreneur, part producer, part grifter, undaunted by a client's lean budget and astute leverager of an agency's resources, no matter how scant. Harsh possesses all these qualities.
Harsh's job to date has been to scare the living day lights out of me. More often than not his ideas find commercial applications for emerging technologies. With each idea I am further convinced I will not have a job in a couple of years.
Harsh is an innovative thinker and he's always looking for engaging, original and creative ways to solve a problem across all mediums. His knowledge of the digital space is huge and even though he reported into me I learnt a lot from him. Apart from all that, he's just a great guy who's always massively enthusiastic and positive. I'd highly recommend Harsh to anyone that's thinking of working with him.
Harsh is a multi-talented thinker. An art director and designer with a brain for big ideas.
He's a hard worker, and a dynamic thinker. It doesn't hurt that he's always got a terrific attitude. He's a good one..
Harsh brings his A-game to every business challenge. He thinks big, always challenges the status-quo and never lets a detail fall between the cracks. Harsh never says "no" to an opportunity just as he refuses to take "no" for an answer if you try telling him that something can't be done. He over delivers every single time. Not to mention, he's a joy to work with. Harsh is a tour de force. He's going to rule the world one day.
Harsh is an innovative talent, a strategic thinker and multi disciplined creative. The words "it can't be done" are not a part of his vocabulary.
